I booked 2 first class suites from Delhi to Dubai to London for 83k Emirates miles + $800 per person… how?! ⬇️⬇️⬇️ ••• First off I got super lucky finding 2 Game Changer seats available on our second leg from Dubai to London - our first leg was on the older first class ( still amazing ) from Delhi to Dubai. You can find 1 seat quite often, but two was a real score, and meant we didn’t have to use the upgrade strategy I’ve used in the past to get 2 seats. They wanted 208k points for our booking but I paid $399 extra to save 41.5k mikes knocking it down to 166k miles and $1650 for two tickets - more info ⬇️⬇️⬇️ Emirates is a transfer partner of Amex, Bilt Rewards, Blue Bank ( CSP/CSR ), Citi, and Capital One. They are very easy to accumulate. ••• Emirates has a program called Emirates Skywards+ that will save you 20% once per year on an award booking - it can be redeemed on multiple passengers. This is valuable when you’re redeeming over 200k miles since you’re saving 40k miles for $399 - under a penny a point. It has other benefits too but this is most valuable. ••• This meant I was able to redeem two of the worlds best seats for 83k a piece. Unreal!
