instead of a sunday reset, I’m having a sunday rest. a week or so ago, I ditched my sunday reset and instead took some time to relax and recharge. that following monday, I felt inspired, ready to get stuff done, and most importantly - the laundry I didn’t do on sunday got done. I’ve always really stressed prepping for the week as best I can on sunday, and when that doesn’t happen (bc ya know, life), i used to get so frustrated with myself.
