I love when someone videos me “in my element” 👩‍🏫 Here, I’m working with one of Jordis friends (who’s a Spanish speaker obvi) and is a Kung Fu master and a Chi Gong teacher 🧘‍♂️ This was especially fun because people who practice these types of energy healing arts are very familiar with fascia. Movements are performed by “hanging the muscles from the fascia” 👏🏼 As I talk about regularly, the fascia is synonymous with chi or “lifeforce”. One might look at this is a scapular treatment, but it’s also a release of blocked energy, vital for a Kung Fu practitioner.
