Day 3/20- Honey Soy Chicken Ingredients: - 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs, diced - 1 tsp garlic powder - 1 tsp onion powder - 1 tbsp honey - 2 tbsp soy sauce - 1 tsp chilli powder - 1/2 tsp msg (optional) - 1 tsp ginger paste - 1 tsp sesame oil - 1/2 tsp white pepper 1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well to combine and completely coat the chicken. Allow to marinate for 5-10 mins minimum 2. Heat up a large frying pan on high for 5 mins. Add 1 tbsp of any high heat oil and coat the bottom of the pan. 3. Fry off all marinated chicken until cooked through and the marinade caramelises and turns a darker brown colour 4.
