Chop the potatos 3. Boil in a pan of boiling water for 8-10 mins until softened 4. Drain the potatos, drizzle in the oil and shake in a bowl to coat 5. Bake at 200 degrees in the airfryer for 15-20 mins until crispy and cooked through 6. Make the curry sauce by adding hot water 7. Heat the mushy peas 8. What im having for lunch to lose fat .. tuna pasta salad 80g uncooked pasta 80g tuna 40g lighter than light mayo Black pepper 20g pickled cabbage 1/4 red onion 1/2 red pepper Vinegar 526 cal 42g protein 1. Cook the pasta 2. Chop the onion and pepper 3. Mix the mayo, onion, pepper tuna, pickled cabbage with salt and black pepper 4. Mix the pasta in.. enjoy!
