Sometimes it’s hard to read your dog to see which dogs your dog will react to. in this case, it could be much easier to read the other dog and even the person holding the leash. . If you see the other person, nervous because their dog may react. Very likely you need to manage your dog. . If you see a dog staring at your dog with intent. Again, you need to manage your dog. . Sometimes you don’t even have to play guessing games to avoid your dog from reacting. .
