This helped me heal from being cheated on. Diving into shadow work is never easy… for the ego. But for the soul, it's liberating. Once I was able to see my part and no longer live in victim consciousness from being cheated on, I was free. Now, I get this may be hard for a lot of you to watch and read. Especially if you have gone through messed up situations that caused a lot of trauma. I see and hear you, and I'm sorry for your pain.
