The night before he turns one 😭 Tomorrow my last baby hits a pretty wonderful milestone and as I put him in his pajamas for the 365th time tonight and snuggle him in my arms, I can’t help but think of all the moments I rocked him to sleep. It was these moments that are so special to me. Instead of hating every sleepless night and early morning, I embraced it because this was the only time it was just us two. A time I was able to connect with just him. These little moments are a chapter in our story together. He is my last chapter of having babies and I didn’t want it to pass me by. I’m forever grateful for a healthy and happy year with my sweet boy. But my heart is hurting.
