Creamy Pesto Tortellini 1-2lbs shrimp(season with whatever you prefer) 2 Tbsp Butter 3/4 cup chicken broth 3/4 cup heavy cream 8oz basil pesto 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1 family size bag Tortellini For time purposes I cooked the shrimp in one pan while I got the pasta going in another. On low-med heat, Melt your butter then pour in chicken broth and heavy cream. Add basil pesto and stir until combined then your Parm cheese until melted. Pour your tortellini in and mix well. Cover with lid stirring about every 5 min. Around 12-15 min they should be plump and sauce should be thickening.
