You’ll need: 500g Boneless Chicken (cut into cubes) 1 medium onion chopped 3 to 4 cloves of garlic chopped 2 tbsp peri peri spice mix For the White sauce 60g to 75g butter 2tbsp plain flour 2 & 1/2 cups of Milk 1/2 cup grated cheese (I’ve used cheddar) 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp pepper 1 tsp oregano 500g pasta boiled in water, salt & oil as mentioned on your pasta packing.
