19 months alcohol free today. 🤍 I decided to stop drinking because I was tired of feeling hungover & wasting my weekends. I also realized how much I used alcohol for my social anxiety. I went dry to initially try to reset my relationship with alcohol, but once I stopped, I didn’t want to go back. I’m a much happier person. I don’t attend social events I don’t feel like going to. It’s National Sober Day. Cheers to yall.
