AIR FRYER SAUSAGE CRISPY CASSEROLE 🙌 Remove the grill from your air-fryer and pre-heat it to 190°C ✨ Carefully add 2 tbsp of olive oil, 1 chopped red bell pepper, 1 chopped yellow bell pepper, 1 chopped red onion and 3 diced cloves of garlic ( & 100g of cherry tomatoes optional) 🙌 Next add in 350ml of red wine stock, 4 tbsp of tomato puree and 6 thick sausages ✨ Sprinkle over 2 tsp each of paprika, basil and oregano.
