Rub ghee to your palms while shaping it. Try to fry them as soon as you shape them. Don’t over crowd while frying. And DO NOT MIX OR touch USING ANY SPATULA while frying as it’ll break. Let it get a colour then you’ll know it’s firm then use the fork to just gently turn/flip the sides. Make sure The oil on lower medium heat & not very low. Add the jamuns only when the oil/ghee is heated.
