Day 3, entering the swell hell phase I read so much about, trusting the process ❤️‍🩹 Update on my breathing from yesterday - I’ve spoken with my Surgeon and he advised me to remove my binder for 2 hours a day and it has helped, I had a good sleep last night and i’m keeping up with my medications and making sure I’m elevating my legs correctly, I also think my body is taking a huge emotional hit from the surgery because I’ve been experiencing a lot of anxiety and my emotions have been all over the place, this surgery has really hit me hard, harder than I thought it would. I guess i’m just feeling a bit vulnerable right now and nervous in this body that doesnt feel like my one anymore.
