Perfect fall comfort food!😋 #chickentaco #soup #chickentacosoup #onepot #yummy #savory #dinner #lunch #idea #food #recipe #fyp Ingredients - 1 tbs olive oil - 1/2 diced onion - 1/2 chopped red bell pepper - 2 10 oz cans of diced tomatoes and green chiles - 3 cups of broth - 1 tsp garlic powder, cumin, paprika, and chili powder - 1 8 oz block of cream cheese - 3 thin grilled chicken breast shredded - salt and pepper - optional: 2 cups of taco cheese - toppings: cilantro, taco cheese, sour cream Steps: 1. heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil add 1/2 diced onion over low heat for five minutes 2. add your 1/2 chopped red pepper, 2 cans of diced tomatoes and chiles, 3 cups of broth, garlic powder, cumin, paprika and chili powder 3. bring this to a boil then reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes 4. add your 8 oz block of cream cheese and stir until melted 5. add your shredded grilled chicken and let this warm with a lid over for 8 minutes 6. add your salt and pepper to your liking and stir in 2 cups of taco cheese 7. remove soup from heat 8. add toppings of your choice and enjoy! ✨😋🌮
