As freelance bookkeepers, we need to identify what types of clients we want to work with and offer our services (by country, type of business, or industry) in order to tailor what we can offer to their needs and problems. From there, we can also identify what accounting software we should be experts in and what other tools or software we need to use in order to make the bookkeeping process more efficient and time-saving.
