this koay bak chang size is +-250g. Koay Bsk means Chicken Meat. Koay = chicken/ayam Bak= meat/daging The BakChang in this video was chilled, and steamed for 25 mins. That's y it was a bit too soft. 20mins steaming shld b good. The shape still form and can be held with it disintegrating....but some ppl prefer soft.
