As enough people get into that position, the prices could drop to a point where those who took out loans against their Bitcoin at $70k get called and lose their holdings if the price drops to $60k. The speaker suggests that them taking profit, along with 10 million other people, could easily drop the price to $60k, triggering these leveraged cascading events where one liquidation leads to the next, essentially screwing over those involved.
