Which muscle up is the hardest in your opinion?🤔☺️ For me the hardest one would be the 2nd (if made with no kip). It’s even too hard for me to manage 😅 But out of these 3 in the video the hardest would be the slow muscle up (1st one), since it has the highest impact on the ligaments and the hardest technique with the falsegrip 😎
