Easy PB cups - What you need 1/2 cup peanut butter 2 tsp vanilla 1 Tablespoon coconut flour 2 scoops collagen 8-9 ounces of chocolate Melt chocolate & pour a little in a silicone mold (I used the cookie scoop tray from @✨Souper Cubes✨ ) and spread chocolate around. Place in fridge and make the PB filling (mix PB, vanilla, coconut flour and collagen). Scoop a little out and press into molds. Pour melted chocolate over the top to cover PB. Place back in fridge until chocolate sets. Drizzle with chocolate on top (optional). Each cup has about 100 calories, 1.8g net carbs, 1.8g sugar and 3g protein (all depending on the brands you use) I didn’t add any sugar because the chocolate was sweet enough for me and PB (to me) doesn’t need sugar.
