Super easy, creamy and satisfying dish that can be made in 10 mins! ✨ Salmon is also a great source of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and healthy omega-3 fatty acids. 𝗠𝗼𝗱𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗺𝘆 𝗕𝘂𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗧𝘂𝘀𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗺𝗼𝗻 Ingredients - 2 Salmon Fillets (skin on) from #seacosg - 1 pinch of salt to season - 1 pinch pepper - 2 tsp olive oil - 2 tbsp butter - 6 cloves of minced garlic - ½ packet of light cream (or heavy cream) 1 4-5 cherry tomatoes - Pinch of baby spinach leaves - Pinch of shredded parmesan cheese - A dash of chilli powder (or chilli flakes/sliced chilli) - 1 tsp of mushroom powder - 2 tbsp water Steps 1. Pat dry salmon fillet, season with salt and pepper 2. Add olive oil, pan fry salmon fillets till 80% cooked (set aside), around 2-3 mins depending on the thickness of the fillet 3. In the same pan, melt butter and brown garlic on a medium heat 4. Add in cherry tomatoes and spinach leaves 5. Add in heavy cream and parmesan cheese 6. Add in water, chilli flakes and mushroom powder, mix well 7. Add salmon back to the pan for another minute (till cooked) 8.
