225lbs —-> 154lbs 70 lbs in 7 months. I could talk about how i feel amazing and how much easier it is to do everyday tasks now but i also want to address something. Things are hard in a whole new way. I feel like a fat girl trapped in a smaller body. I dont know how to dress this new body, i constantly feel like people are looking at me and they can tell i used to be fat, even though they’re not. I struggle in dressing rooms because my brain can’t process my new sizes. People honestly treat me different in public now that im smaller. Body dysmorphia makes me feel like i still look the same and the stores i have been shopping at for years dont carey my new sizes.
