Apply 1 coat of a non- wipe top coat (super important for the chrome to work) & cure for 30 sec only 3. Rub in chrome powder with this sponge 4. Dust off excess powder and apply 1 coat of top coat & cure 60 sec 5. Wipe away the powder with an alcohol prep pad 6. Use a white gel for the design but do NOT cure 7. Sprinkle micro diamond glitter on top to the uncured white gel & cure for 60 sec 8.
