Easy to remake (and can also be budget-friendly). I went here with a light flavour of Soy Sauce Ramen. The focus here is on creating the base stock. All other additional ingredients like I've added here fried shrimp, sauteed mushrooms, squid ink ramen, seaweed crispy snack, and caramelised tteopokki in miso butter are garnish ideas. Key Notes: 1. Ramen Packet Broth Part 1 (serves 2, if only for 1 divide ingredients by 2): - 600g water + 2x packet broth - 8 bonito flakes - 10g Kombu sheet - 16 bloomed gelatine sheets (optional) - Add a few slices of spring onions and ginger (optional) Process: Add water, packet broth, and kombu sheet in a small pot.
