I get LOTS of questions so hopefully this will help answer some… I am in the London cast of Six the Musical as an alternate. As alternate I am offstage cover for Katherine Howard and Catherine Parr, I cover holidays and sickness etc. I have to be in the building all week just like the principal Queens and yes I get paid even if I don’t end up going on stage👍🏼 This week has been particularly fun as I’ve been on stage for 6/8 shows, but there can be weeks where I don’t go on at all and I’m just chilling in the dressing room doing colouring in haha. I have to be here just in case something happens…because if something were to happen with one of the queens during/before the show, the show can’t continue if there isn’t SIX queens…hence the name😅 LOVE this musical soooo much and seeing the audience enjoy it too gives me so much joy🫶🏼 Pop any other questions in the comments and I’ll try and answer💜
