Peppermint Bark Recipe (Paleo, gluten free, vegan, low carb) Follow me for more… What you need: 1 (9oz) bag Evolved Choc chocolate chips 3 (2.5oz) @Evolved Chocolate keto white chocolate 1-2 @YumEarth | Allergy-Friendly organic candy canes (optional) Peppermint extract Vanilla extract (Omit candy cane to make it paleo) Melt dark chocolate over a double boiler and add 1/4 tsp of peppermint extract in and stir. Pour into a parchment paper lined dish. The more chocolate you use the thicker the layer. The dish size will determine thickness as well. Place in fridge until hardened. Melt white chocolate over a double boiler and mix in 1/2 tsp vanilla and 1/2 tsp peppermint. Pour over the dark chocolate later. Crush 1 to 2 candy canes and sprinkle on top.
