My Current Weekly Training Schedule 💪🏽 I’ve been doing this the past couple months and I must say this may be the best shape I’ve ever been in. Still very much a beginner in Muay Thai but the conditioning is on a whole new level. It’s definitely got me out of my comfort zone of just lifting weights.
