CHEESE BALL ORNAMENT! 🎄this idea was inspired by our choice of red ornaments this year, and my inability to say no when pomegranates are on sale 😂 this “recipe” is so versatile, you can make your cheese ball as described below, or you can buy a premade one and stick some pomegranate seeds on it. Both work! How to: -I used an equal mix of cream cheese & goat cheese, the amount will depend on the size you want your cheeseball to be (if you have a favorite cheese ball recipe, by all means use that) -roll into a ball, wrap in plastic wrap and stick in the fridge for 6ish hours to set. If in a hurry, I’ve chilled mine in the freezer for about an hour and it worked fine cus truly who has the time -meanwhile, de-seed 1 or 2 pomegranates depending on how big your ball is and make sure to dry off the seeds so they stick well -remove ball from fridge/freezer and dry off any extra moisture -press pomegranate seeds into the ball (don’t roll, just trust me th me cheese will get all over the outside 🥲) and once covered, place in a new piece of plastic wrap, cover, and press in again to final shape you want -keep in the fridge until you are going to serve and enjoy! -to make the bow I used a rolo candy, 4 sage leaves and 2 sprigs of Rosemary #holidayseason #holidayappetizers @pomwonderful #christmasappetizers #christmasappetizer #christmascheeseboard #christmascharcuterie #holidaycharcuterieboard #holidaycheeseboard
