Made my first short long-form tik tok video with voiceover…lol i know yall used to music on my videos but trying this out too 🙂 ugg my voice lol But I wanted to share how I make my chicken verde tamales. They are so delicious, flavorful, and easier in my opinion since I use the kitchen aid. I know there’s a million and 1 ways to make tamales and I’m still a work in progress but this is how I love to make mine! The whole family loves it! I used to be so intimidated to make these so I never tried for years! I just started to experiment this past year but it’s not as hard as we think it is..the hardest part is waiting for them to cook 🙂 I’m still trying to get the instant pot method down, I haven’t had the best luck but soon….. Do you make tamales or are you intimidated as well? The trick for great-tasting tamales is all in the masa.
