Answering a few questions from my last video ✌️🌿🌺 1) yes, we have labels. They're on the backside, lid, or bottom of the jars. 2) yes, my canned, dried, and freeze-dried foods are all kept in cupboards or closed pantries. 3) herbs do not need to be stored in amber jars and they are perfectly fine on a shelf kept away from direct sunlight until you harvest again. 4) herbs are most potent within the first year. Canned foods last 1-2 years, dried foods can last 6 months to 10 years and freeze-dried foods can last upto 30 yrs (depending on the food and storage method).
