✨2023✨ Buong puso. Buong buhay. This post is for all the things that that I am proud of to have accomplished with @PolecatsManila this year⭐️ I was able to do 2 IQP runs, and 2 Tecaher Apprenticehip programs! That’s 11 pole teachers, with 7 of them already teaching at Polecats Manila.🥰 Teaching is hard, but training people how to become teachers is a whole new level of muscle and brain orchestration. I am proud to head this, and to have done it twice. I was also Stellar head this year. #StellarLOVE was our best Stellar yet as a production. It was our first back on stage, and I learned so much from my peers. Proud that we exceed ourselves each year and I am so honored to have been able to lead this.🩷❤️🧡💛💚🩵💜 Many many classes! I am happy with all the classes that I taught. All the overflow classes🙏🏽, all the new formats, and the growing pocket communities that thrived. I am so happy to be a teacher, this year I was able to run great classes and keep it at the quality I’d like them to be despite the volume. I passed my standards wahaha! Being Company Manager, Studio Owner, Admin Person, Project Head and Teacher. Sometimes drowning, but always we come out alive. And despite the assured death, we dive right back in again. Crazy dreams are possible, when done with people just as crazy as you ♥️ I am proud of my students. Who have grown so much over the year. Tried new things despite being scared. Accepted where they are and worked on getting better. Those that took the long route, and find fun in the long journey. I am most proud of my team💛🖤 Seeing everyone teach great classes, power through the schedule, deliver excellent work, give great ideas, be teamplayers, and live as perfect examples of what it is to match your passion with hard work. Plus! We made it to 14 years! Not everyone makes it this far.
