Until you can sit down with yourself and recognize behaviors and habits, it’ll be hard to break them and find the core. 2- Getting uncomfortable/form over weight: stepping into a gym is the hardest thing to do whenever you’re beginning but if you never touch the weights you’ll never know what you are fully capable of. I stopped ego training and I started building strength with the weight that my body asked of me. Know your limits. 3- Fuel your body: biggest myth was thinking that carbs would make me gain. Carbs were made to fuel your body and it’s the main source for energy. 4- Mental grounding: using different techniques to train your mind can be the greatest gift to yourself. What good is it to only train your body and not your mind? 5- COMPARISON WILL ROB YOU OF YOUR PEACE and the joy in your own journey. Learn to enjoy your space, your training, and who you ARE BECOMING. Stop scrolling and start doing the self work and reflection that it takes to grow. Your body and mind will remain the same if you spend your time comparing yourself on a screen to someone else. You deserve more.
