Unpopular opinion. Its fine to get a puppy during the holidays so long as you’re committed, prepared, and responsible. That should be the case no matter what time of the year it is not just christmas. Also don’t assume that simply because a dog is in the possession of a rescue/shelter that its truly because the dog is homeless.
