PS If you want easy 500 calorie Slowcooker recipes, my new Slowcooker book EVEN EASIER is out 4th Jan, it’s £10 on Amazon 📕 Ingredients - 400g thin beef steaks cut into chunks - 1 x onion cut chunky - 5 tbsp dark soy sauce - 2 tbsp hoisin - 1-2 tbsp sweet chilli sauce - 1 tbsp ginger purée or paste - 3 sliced garlic cloves - 350ml chicken stock (beef stock is too rich for this) - Crack of black Pepper - 1 tsp rice wine vinegar - 1 heaped tbsp cornflour mixed with 1 tbsp water - 1 head of broccoli 🥦 Method 1. Add all ingredients but the Brocolli, rice and chilli, cook on high for 3 hours or low for 6 2. Add in the brocolli and allow to cook for a further 30 mins or so 3.
