Make your own delicious Cheese Crisps and Taco Shells! The trick is in the easy technique since there is basically only one ingredient, cheese! (Add seasoning if you like!) For extra crispy texture use parchment on a sheet pan! For perfectly round and a bit softer texture use a silicone muffin pan. For taco size, use a larger diamer silicone pan! These were baked in a 400 degree oven for 12 minutes! Your oven may be slightly different, so be watchful! Let rest several minutes after baking so they will crisp up!
