The staff were absolutely brilliant, really friendly and helpful. The food was fine, room service on the first night was pretty awful but at lunchtime the next day it was decent. Dinner was good, amazing Caribbean chicken with Creole salad, rice and peas- soooo good! The various communal spaces are lovely, especially as there is such a focus on the outside- whether that is from the views or the open design.
