Make the hollandaise by adding an egg yolk to a bowl with a splash of vinegar, lemon juice, salt & pepper - then add to a boiling pot of water - slowly mix in cubes of cold butter until you have your desired consistency! 2. Now poach your egg, i like to add to a sieve, drain off the watery white and add to a pan of boiling water for 3-4 mins 3. Now toast your english muffin (i have a recipe i posted yesterday for homemade ones) 4. From Scratch ep 23: ENGLISH MUFFINS 🤤 These are so so so class and so so so simple! 1. Mix 350g bread flour, 190ml warm milk, 6g salt, 15g sugar, 4g instant yeast, 15g soft butter & 1 egg - then cover and leave to rest for 30 mins 2. Now punch out the air, add some oil and stretch and fold a gew times around the clock. Pull into a ball and add back to the bowl for an hour to double in size 3. Now tip out onto a floured or semolina worktop and flatten out to about 2cm thick with your hands - then grab some round pastry ring and cut out your muffins - with the excess dough, roll it back up, flatten it and then repeat until used 4. Cover your shaped dough for another 30-60 mins to double up in size again 5. Get a pan on medium heat and then start stacking them up in the pan and brown off a few mins each side 6. Leave to cool, toast and ENJOY! Make sure you freeze them as theyll last for months and defrost in no time!🔥 #fromscratch #englishmuffins #englishmuffinrecipe #baking #homebaking

Lemon, butter cod, rice & veggies IN ONE-PAN 🔥 1. Mix olive oil, butter & lemon juice in a bowl 2. Mix flour, paprika, pepper, salt, coriander, cumin 3. Pat your fish dry and add to the lemon mixture then once coated, add to the flour and completely cover 4. Now add them to the pan and get some colour on either side, remove them and let rest 5. Now add whatever veggies you fancy with some more salt and pepper, add your rice and toast it off 6. Now add water or veggie stock, garlic & your fish back with the rest of your lemon mix.. then lid on and oven for about 5-10 mins to cook the rice 7. Top with parsley, lemon juice, pepper, olive oil and ENJOY 🔥🔥 #onepanmeal #familydinner #fishdinner

From Scratch ep 22: BLOOMER LOAF 🍞 Super simple yet SUPER EFFECTIVE & DELICIOUS 🔥 1. Mix 500g bread flour (plain will work), 310g warm water, 45g olive oil, 7g instant yeast, 8g salt 2. Mix and then tip out onto a floured work surface & knead for 10 mins until you have a smooth ball 3. Oil up your bowl, add you dough ball, cover and leave for an hour whilst it doubles in size 4. Punch out the air, knead for a minute or so and then shape into an oval shape and add to an oiled up baking tray 5. Sprinkle over flour and cover with a tea towel and leave for another hour to double in size 6. Add a tray with water to the bottom of your oven at around 200 degrees C 7. Then add your bread once your oven is pre heated & go for about 20 mins agter you’ve sprayed the oven with water 8. Flip it around and add back for 10-20 mins depending on your desired colour! 9. Love FAGE Total Yogurt @FAGE UK (pronounced FA-YEH!) - I’ve used this yogurt for over 10 years in sweet and savoury recipes daily!! (Check the tuna burger recipe I did the other day!) Here I’m making flat breads and a minty dip! 1. Mix 200g flour with 160g yogurt, a drizzle of olive oil and a pinch of salt 2. Mix into a ball and then split into 4, roll out into flat breads and then leave to rest for 20 mins 3. Mix yogurt, mint, lime juice, garlic clove, salt, pepper, coriander into a bowl for your lovely dip! 4. Add the flatbreads to a hot plate or medium to high heat frying pan for about 30 seconds each side 5. ENJOY!!!🔥🔥 #PronouncedFAYEH #FAYEHFeeling #FAGETotal #FAGE #AD
