Your body language is what’s going to allow you to be deceptive and manipulate the defender in front of you‼️ Make sure to attack in your stem w/ good body language: ✅open stride (no choppy steps) ✅forward body lean ✅good pad level (don’t rise up right before the break) This forces the DB into his pedal, or even a turn & run situation, where now its a matter of who’s fastest out of their break… And as receivers, as long as you don’t give it away with bad body language, we should win that race everytime‼️ #receiverteacher #routerunning #juliojones
