Add in 1 tbsp butter + garlic and sauté for 2 more minutes until fragrant. Add orzo and brown (about 5 minutes and stir frequently so it does not burn). Add in chicken broth, bring to a simmer, and cover. Let simmer for about 10 minutes or until most of the liquid is absorbed. Stir in pesto, salt, pepper, lemon juice, lemon zest, heavy cream, and parmesan.
