**SAVE**  my itinerary below for a future trip to Ireland ⬇️   ᴬᵈ Visiting Ireland’s oldest city @tourismireland @stpatricksdaywat   I’ve just returned from the most amazing St Patrick’s Day weekend in Waterford, Ireland, where we enjoyed the vibrant history, fantastic culture, unique foodie experiences and warm, welcoming people.    Ireland is such an easy location to get to from GB, here are my recommendations for a trip to Waterford:   🍀 Visit during the St Patrick’s Day Festival - the ultimate Irish experience with lots of entertainment and a brilliant parade.   🛌 Stay at @towerhotelwd for a great central location with water views.   🚲 Cycle the Waterford Greenway for great views along the river with the Comergh mountains a a backdrop. Cycle across eleven bridges, three viaducts, a 400m tunnel to the glorious Copper Coast.   🌳 Visit Mount Congreve Gardens for beautiful views, stunning magnolia trees and home to one of the largest collections of plants in the world.   🪓 Award-winning Highlights EPIC walking tour of the viking triangle, visiting six national monuments that date from 1190AD to 1783, also discover the many museums, my favourites were the Irish Wake Museum and the Waterford Treasures Medieval Museum.   ☕️ Drink an amazing Irish coffee at @the.gingerman and have lunch at @no9barronstrandst    🥃 Visit The House of Waterford @waterfordfactory home of the famous Waterford Crystal.   🌊  King of the Vikings Experience, this is the world’s first viking virtual reality experience which takes place in a replica viking house.    ⛴️ Take a guided river tour with @osprey.viking.cruises, where you can get a great view of Waterford Castle. ᴬᵈ **Save** for a future cruise 🌊 What do you think? 🛳 The thought of waking up in a different place each day has always appealed to me alongside being on the ocean, but somehow I’d never considered a cruise as a trip option. So when @msccruisesofficial asked me to experience the MSC World Europa on a 7-day Mediterranean cruise I was so excited and intrigued to see what a cruise would actually be like. And it really did exceed all my preconceptions about cruises. My highlights were: 🛳 Waking up in a different place without feeling like you’re travelling. We went to 6 places in four different countries over the 7-days which was incredible! Highlights were Barcelona and Palermo. 🛳 Having 13 different food venues to choose from, my favourite was the Chef’s Garden Kitchen. I also loved getting a cocktail from Elixir mixology bar. 🛳 Watching the shows in the evening, especially Adrenaline, the magic show - I just couldn’t suss out how Ernesto did his tricks! 🤯 🛳 Relaxing in the spa and enjoying one of the pools and also there were 14 hot tubs to choose from! 😍 🛳 Our day at sea and just being on the ocean was just magical 🛳 Having fun! From bumper cars to the Venom Drop, MSC Formula racer experience, arcade games, 5D cinema, roller skating and so much more!
