Mid-way through last year I lost my spark for taekwondo. It comes evey now and then, but during that time was the worst of it. I’d still attend sessions but it just didn’t feel the same. Usually happens when I see good friends leave the sport or when things just feel the same. But it’s all good now, nothing to worry about, I’m back in the game and I know I’m at the best I’ve ever been at. So I’m very excited to compete in as many competitions giving it my all again.
