Tips for healthier, better hair this year: 1. Use a leave in conditioner in between uses - only put in the lower half of the hair and it will keep your hair hydrated and happy in between washes 2. Go longer between washing your hair. Shower caps are fantastic. But then really scrub the scalp when you shampoo. Scalp scrubbers are great to use while you are shampooing 3. Use a hair oil, I use Argan oil, after styling your hair. Will keep down any frizziness, keep the hair shiny, and keep the hair moisturized also. Try to keep off your scalp though, it already has enough oil there 4. Your hairbrush and products used matter. Only use high quality, natural ingredients on your hair. My favorite hairbrush is Rock and Ruddle - sooo good for your scalp and the health of your hair. You can save with c0de REDSPRITE on their US site.
