Day 17/30- Ravioli Casserole Printable recipe plus crock pot instructions on my website: StephRealLife.com 1 pound lean ground beef 3 cups spaghetti sauce (jarred or homemade) 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese 28-32 oz bag frozen cheese ravioli 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese plus more for serving 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp black pepper 1 tbsp Italian seasoning Chopped basil or flat leave parsley for garnish (optional) Preheat oven to 350ºF Lightly spray or oil a 9 x 13 baking dish Cook the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat until no longer pink. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Pour 1/2 cup of sauce into the bottom of the baking dish. Add half of the frozen layer on top of the sauce in a single layer. Top with half of the cooked ground beef, half of the sauce, 1 cup of mozzarella cheese, and half of the parmesan cheese. Repeat the layer- frozen ravioli, ground beef, sauce, mozzarella and parmesan cheese. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
