After 18 years of using hormonal birth control 💊, I finally got off the juice!🧃 I have learned so much about my body and medicine since this day & I want to share for those who are considering making the same decision. It is scary and I’m with you - but I’ve made it far enough in the process where I’m not so scared anymore. I feel empowered 🫶🏽 I want to make it abundantly clear that this is not the place for your anti-choice bs or your judgement. I do not care. I am very confident in my beliefs and the decisions I’ve made for for my body - and I am happy to have aquired new information that has allowed my personal opinions on my health to evolve into this decision.
