THINGS I DID TO AGE SKIN BACKWARDS⬇️ - Double cleanse in PM with an oil based cleanser and flannel (no wipes!) have a clean flannel for every evening. - Mist, mist and mist again. Not just those water mists, you want one with hydrators in like ceramides/ hyaluronic acid. Because those fine lines aren't from aging, they're probs dehydration!! - Retinol (I started late twenties) fine lines/congestion/ blackheads all reduced. This is the ingredient for that baby skin look. You can opt for prescription strength or regular branded ones, l've tried both! - Layer the same hydrating product over and over! I shove on the same serum 5 X in a row most days! - SPF daily as a preventative, I stopped buying the cheapest ones at the end of the aisle tor face and body and now use ones formulated for skin on the face.
