That prime rib is a very very very special peice of meat 🥩 Elliot started Lagom when he was 23, 7 years as of January. He first launched in Dinerama, a Street Feast site in Shoreditch. After a few years honing his fire skills with the likes of pizza pilgrims, smokestak, yosma, barbecoa. From there he did a series of pop ups and takeovers until he found myself a home at Hackney Church Brewery. What I found so fascinating was the quality of meats he is using, it’s from the best of the best butchers and farmers around the country where you’ll find pigs from Yorkshire, wagyu rib caps, the prime rib and grass fed chickens.
