Spicy Chicken Dumplings Recipe 🌶️🥟 (Makes approx 20-25 dumplings) Filling: 300g chicken mince 3 garlic cloves 3-4cm size fresh ginger 2 spring onions 1 tbsp fresh chopped coriander 1 tbsp dark soy sauce 1 tbsp sesame oil 1 tsp red chilli flakes Pastry: 250g all purpose flour (plain) 130ml warm water Pinch of salt - Knead dough for 2-3 minutes and allow to rest for 1 hour before rolling - You can fold these in any shape you like, I’ve shown gyoza in the video - Pan fry for a crispy bottom in a tbsp of oil for 2 mins in a non stick pan (on medium heat) and then add a splash of water (1/3 cup) and cover with lid immediately, allow to steam for 7-10 mins (on low heat) until water has evaporated and the dumplings are ready (the dough should look slightly translucent) #dumplings #easyrecipe #chickenrecipe
