The power of candy melt 🤍 and how to DISASSEMBLE A MACARON CUBE CAKE 🤍 As you can see from the video, macaron cube cake stays in place and even if you shake it really hard or turn it to the side or even upside down, it will still stay in place 🤗 so you can be 100% sure, the cake will be delivered safe and sound to your customer 🤍 So if you don’t know how to temper the chocolate or struggle with tempering it, use candy melt instead - it is a great alternative 🤍 The one that I use has added chocolate, and isn’t too sweet so the taste of your macarons won’t get affected 🙌 Just one advice: don’t use too much candy melt 🙌 a little goes a long way 🙌 if you want to thin the mixture, you can add some vegetable / corn oil 🤗 In order to take your macaron cube cake apart without breaking your macarons, use a kitchen blow torch and heat a knife.
