Banana bread 🍌🍞 Ingredients: • 3 bananas • 2 Tbsp sour cream • 2 eggs • 1 tsp vanilla • 1/2 cup butter • 1/2 cup brown sugar • 1 cup regular sugar • 2 cups all purpose flour • 1 tsp baking soda • 1 tsp baking powder • 1/2 tsp salt Directions: 1. Mix bananas, sour cream, eggs and vanilla in a bowl (wet ingredients) 2. Mix melted butter and sugars in a seperate bowl 3. Add the butter/sugar mixture to the wet ingredients 4. Add flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt 5. Pour batter into greased loaf pan 6. (Optional) Add toppings 7.
