Day 26 of delicious casserole recipes Million Dollar Spaghetti 1 lb. spaghetti 3 cups marinara sauce 16 ounces ricotta cheese 6 ounces cream cheese, cubed 1 lb. ground beef 1 tbsp Italian seasoning 3 cloves garlic, minced 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese 2 eggs, whisked Preheat oven to 350° F. Bring a large pot of water to boil, salt and cook the spaghetti according to package directions. Drain, let cool slightly, place in a bowl and mix with the eggs. Meanwhile cook the ground beef until no longer pink (drain if necessary) add in garlic, salt snd pepper to taste and Italian seasonings. Pour in the sauce and add the cream cheese. Stir until all is incorporated. Add 1/2 cup of the sauce mixture to a 9x13 baking dish, add half of the spaghetti, half of the ricotta cheese and half of the mozzarella cheese. Make sure to spread the ricotta evenly. Top with half of the meat sauce, the rest of the spaghetti, the rest of the ricotta, the rest of the meat sauce and then the rest of the mozzarella cheese on top. Cover and bake 30 minutes.
